This privacy statement explains which personal data SBR Powerhouse B.V. (hereinafter SBR Powerhouse) collects and processes, for what purposes it does so, what your rights are and how you can exercise them.
SBR Powerhouse attaches great importance to careful handling of personal data. Depending on the processing in question, SBR Powerhouse is both a controller and a processor within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). In this privacy statement you will find further information about data processing for which SBR Powerhouse is the controller.

2. Data Collection
SBR Powerhouse collects personal data from you if you use the SBC management system. SBR Powerhouse also collects personal data from you when you fill in the contact form on the SBR Powerhouse website, when you register for a newsletter or when you register for a meeting organized by SBR Powerhouse.
3. Purposes of data processing
Below you will find the purposes for which SBR Powerhouse collects and processes personal data. You will also find the lawful basis on which the relevant data processing takes place and the specific personal data that are processed per processing.
Register a user
SBR Powerhouse processes personal data for administrative purposes if you register as a user of the SBC Management System and the company-specific learning environment or if the person in your organization with the role of company administrator registers as a user. The basis for the processing of the personal data is that of Article 6(1)(b), i.e. the processing is necessary for the performance of the contract.
If you register yourself as a user or if the company administrator of your organization registers you as a user, the following personal data will be processed from you:
- Name
- E-mail address
- Phone number
- Department where the user works
- The role of the user
- User name
SBR Powerhouse retains the personal data as long as you are a customer of the SBC Management System and/or as long as SBR Powerhouse is legally obliged to do so.
Processing the contact form
SBR Powerhouse processes personal data for communication purposes based on the data you provide to us. The basis for the processing of the personal data is that of Article 6(1)(f), i.e. the processing is necessary for the handling of contact forms.
The following personal data can be entered in the contact form:
- Name
- E-mail address
- Phone number
After completing the contact form, SBR Powerhouse will not store your personal data for longer than one year.
Subscribe to the newsletter
SBR Powerhouse processes personal data for communication purposes if you register for the newsletter. The basis for the processing of the personal data is that of Article 6(1)(f), i.e. the processing is necessary in order to be able to send you newsletters.
If you register for the newsletter, the following personal data will be processed:
- E-mail address.
You can always unsubscribe from the newsletter. SBR Powerhouse retains your personal data as long as you are registered for the newsletter.
Register for a meeting
SBR Powerhouse processes personal data for administrative purposes if you register for a meeting of SBR Powerhouse. The basis for the processing of the personal data is that of Article 6(1)(f), namely the processing is necessary to process your registration for a meeting in the administration. If you register for a meeting, the following personal data will be processed:
- Name
- Organization where you work (optional)
- E-mail address
- Phone number
After processing the registration form, SBR Powerhouse will store your personal data for a maximum of one year.
4. Confidentiality
The employees of SBR Powerhouse who have access to personal data are obliged to maintain the confidentiality of the personal data of which they become aware, except insofar as they are obliged to make statements by law or regulation.
5. Sharing data with third parties
SBR Powerhouse does not provide your personal data to any other party. Only if SBR Powerhouse is legally obliged to do so, personal data will be provided to supervisory authorities, tax authorities and investigative authorities.
6. Security of personal data
SBR Powerhouse engages third parties for certain activities. Insofar as these third parties have access to personal data when performing the relevant services, SBR Powerhouse has taken the necessary contractual and organizational measures to ensure that your personal data is only processed for the above purposes in accordance with the GDPR.
The personal data is treated strictly confidentially. SBR Powerhouse has taken appropriate technical and organizational security measures against loss or unlawful processing of this data. SBR Powerhouse uses several security techniques for this, including encryption, white listing, firewalls and two-factor authentication.
7. Rights of Visitors and Users
As a visitor to the website or as a user of the SBR Powerhouse trust network, you have a number of rights that you can invoke:
- Right to access your personal data;
- Right to data portability;
- Right to be forgotten (deletion of personal data);
- Right to rectification and addition;
- Right to restriction of processing (data minimization);
- Right to object to data processing.
If you wish to exercise one or more of the above rights, you can submit a request in writing or digitally to the Data Protection Officer. SBR Powerhouse will respond to your request in writing or digitally within one month.
You also have the right to submit a complaint to the Dutch Data Protection Authority.

This statement may be changed from time to time. The most current version of this statement applies to our processing of your data. This can always be found on the website of SBR Powerhouse.
