In addition to more functionality, it has provided a robust and pleasant-to-use system that makes it easy to manage your privacy and information security accounting. In addition, it is practical to use and the licensing costs are limited. Our account manager and service desk are ready to explain and support you in the use. In the meantime, we will continue to develop additional functionalities.
Which functionality?
The functional requirements of supervisors have been leading for the development of new functionality as well. The functional requirements arise from the legal framework, the European guidelines of the EDPB and the supervision carried out by the Dutch Data Protection Authority in particular. In short, we can say that a controller ensures at least:
- register of processing operations, which are demonstrably current;
- register of security incidents
- a privacy and information security policy;
- demonstrable awareness and knowledge among management and employees;
- conducted studies (including DPIAs) of which the findings have been followed up; and
- implement and follow accountability.
The SBC Management System and the associated learning environment support the controller in meeting these minimum requirements for the protection of personal data.
The scope and scope of the business activities of companies and institutions determine the scope and depth of the functional requirements for privacy and information security. For controllers who process special personal data, for example, additional requirements apply to the minimum functional package as we have indicated above. We are happy to supplement and, if desired, provide the functional requirements for privacy and information security for specific business activities.
What is the user group?
We regularly organize (virtual) user meetings in which desired and detailed functionalities are discussed. We make an inventory of the functional requirements and wishes and, based on this, propose functional additions to the users of SBC Management System.

An operational SBC Management System and learning environment provides companies with accountability information to demonstrate compliance with privacy and information security accountability.
Finally
Every controller, processor and sub-processor of personal data can use the SBC Management System and a learning environment. We have adjusted the license price for companies with a limited company size or specific sector.
